Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible, and preferably within 14 days of delivery, at hello@homecomingmethod.com with clear photographic evidence of any damage or defect.
We assess all claims on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information. In most circumstances, return of the affected item will not be required, however we reserve the right to request return of a defective item in exceptional cases.
If a claim is approved, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for used lick mats. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The printed protocol booklet is non-returnable for change of mind due to the proprietary informational content it contains. If your booklet arrives with a significant printing defect, please contact us with photographic evidence and we will assess the issue appropriately.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
