We aim to process and ship all orders carefully and promptly.
Australia-Wide Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia is included in the purchase price of all kits. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Please note that we currently ship within Australia only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
During periods of higher demand, including launch releases, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate clearly if this occurs.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location within Australia and the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier disruptions, weather events, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and affected product so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@homecomingmethod.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
